Paying My Rent

PAYING MY RENT

Armidale Town & Country operates a Cashless office.  We do not allow tenants to pay rent in cash.  All rental payments must be made by direct deposit to our trust account using a unique identifying reference number.

Upon signing a lease agreement with Town & Country, you will be given a unique reference number that identifies any payments made to your property.  This number must be used in any payment transaction for rent or invoices.
