Janelle is a people person who genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients and building strong, long-term relationships. Her friendly and down-to-earth approach makes her easy to deal with, while her organisational skills and attention to detail help ensure everything is kept on track.

Having been a homeowner, tenant and property investor herself, Janelle understands property from a number of different perspectives. She knows how important it is to have a Property Manager you can trust, who keeps you informed and makes the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Janelle believes good communication is at the heart of great property management. She takes pride in being approachable, keeping owners and tenants informed and following things through from start to finish. She genuinely cares about the properties she looks after and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for both owners and tenants.

Outside of work, family is a big part of Janelle's life. She loves spending time with her family and her five beautiful grandchildren. She also enjoys travelling, whether that's exploring overseas or heading off in the caravan for a relaxing getaway.
