The Rental Process

APPLYING FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY

Before applying for any rental property, the property must be viewed by the potential tenant or by someone viewing on their behalf.  Once a suitable property has been found an application form will need to be completed.  These are available to download on this page or by obtaining one from our office.  Every adult who is going to be living at the property is required to fill out an application.  Each applicant will need to provide 100 points of ID (please see ID checklist) and proof of income (payslips, letter of employment, statement).

What happens Next?

Once a completed application is submitted our Property Management team review all of the paperwork and make the required checks via (TICA) and other employment/previous rental referees.  The property manager then refers all of the applications to the owner of the property for further instruction.

You will be notified of the outcome of the application by the property manager, generally within two working days.  If your application was successful then an appointment will be made to sign the lease agreement.
